Joel P. Bruckenstein, CFP, is Publisher of the T3 Tech Hub (formerly the T3 newsletter) ( and the producer of the Technology Tools for Today (T3) Advisor Conference, the only annual technology conference for independent advisors, as well as the Technology Tools for Today (T3) Enterprise Conference.

Bruckenstein is an internationally acclaimed expert on applied technology as it relates to the financial service industry. He is the co-author of three books: Virtual Office Tools for a High Margin PracticeTools and Techniques of Practice Management, and Technology Tools for Today’s High Margin Practice.

Danielle Fava

In her role as the Director of Product Strategy, TD Ameritrade Institutional, Danielle manages technology initiatives designed to help simplify advisors’ lives. Danielle’s areas of proficiency include TD Ameritrade Institutional’s award-winning iRebal on Veo® rebalancing technology, and she is also responsible for their open-architecture approach to ROBO technology for advisors.

Danielle joined TD Ameritrade in 2012 and puts more than 15 years of wealth management knowledge to work for advisors, helping them learn to operate more efficiently and enhance their clients' experience. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Wagner College in New York.


Rich Cancro

Rich Cancro is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AdvisorEngine. Rich is the driving force behind AdvisorEngine—setting the strategic and product vision and overseeing the company’s operations. Rich has more than 25 years of experience creating innovative wealth management solutions, reinventing technology platforms, and driving financial growth.

Prior to founding AdvisorEngine, Rich served as a Managing Director at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch where he was Head of the RIA custody business and responsible for developing their Global Wealth and Investment Management financial planning and reporting tools. Prior to that, Rich created industry-leading solutions for J.P. Morgan/Bear Stearns and DLJdirect. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.


Stefanie Fetterolf

Software Trainer, Advisorengine

Stefanie came to AdvisorEnigne with several years of experience in the FinTech world. She spent the majority of her career as a tech expert in client-facing roles, including client services, onboarding, inside sales, and training. At AdvisorEngine, her primary focus is training new clients on the benefits and features of AdvisorEngine, as well as helping firms understand best practices. She offers our clients in-depth web-based training, along with on-site training for larger firms to fully utilize the AdvisorEnigne platform. Stefanie enjoys engaging with clients to help create efficiencies, while understanding how our solution can better their firm.


Matt Kress

Product Manager, AdvisorEngine

Matt Kress is a product manager and is in charge of advisor marketing at AdvisorEngine. He has coached over 150 advisors and firms – diving deep into their digital presence and giving them the tools and guidance to attract the right clients. He brings together in-depth prospect research and his experience which includes co-founding, marketing and selling his previous company, Relately. He uses a simple process that creates actionable steps for advisors and their team to follow. The advisors he works with find the time “extremely valuable” and a “great use of their time” when describing working together.


Kathy Crowley

Jerry Michael

CEO of Smartleaf

Jerry co-founded Smartleaf in 1999 to reduce the operational burden of managing customized, tax, risk and expense sensitive personal portfolios. Smartleaf began selling its overlay portfolio management solution to banks, trusts and financial services companies in 2003, and the company has become a leader in this space with over 50 clients and over $50 billion in assets under management. Smartleaf’s clients increasingly use this as the chassis for their entire wealth management offerings.


Erin Kincheloe


A 30-year industry veteran, Erin has turned her career sights on helping people understand the connection between emotions and money. She is currently the co-founder of All About it Consulting, a California-based practice management consulting firm dedicated to helping Financial Services firms achieve operational excellence. Formerly the Director of Client Experience at Junxure, she has years of experience sharing best practice insights to Junxure users.


Craig Ramsey

Chief operating officer, AdvisorEngine

Craig translates vision into action – ensuring alignment and driving operational excellence across the company. He leads the executive management committee and helps the team measure success to stay on track.  

Craig is a business builder with a background in corporate strategy, investment banking and consulting. He joined AdvisorEngine from WisdomTree – a global asset manager driven by research and technology (NASDAQ: WETF) – where he led strategy, helped establish an international presence and pushed the company beyond ETFs into technology solutions. Craig has prior experience at BofA Merrill Lynch, Accenture, Croft & Bender and UBS. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and completed coursework at London School of Economics and Peking University in Beijing. Craig serves on the advisory board for Back on My Feet, a nonprofit which combats homelessness through running and community support.


John Haas

John comes to Junxure from the world of education. With 15 years of experience as an educator, John has both a passion for teaching and a clear understanding of the learning process. During this time, he was awarded Teacher of the Year and served as a member of the teacher leadership team. His desire to be a life-long learner motivated him to earn a second degree in Computer Networking. With his talent for instruction and relentless pursuit of client satisfaction, he offers our clients valuable clarity and best practices for getting value from their CRM systems.


Amber Wenzel

Client Analyst, JUNxure

As a Client Analyst, Amber uses her sharp analytical skills to help us focus on the right projects, interact with our customers to better define our client personas and the user experience associated with each, and create the requirements that define the product changes needed to deliver the right features to meet our customers’ needs.  She also works closely with our Product Management team to drive the product roadmap and our agile development processes. A former member of Junxure’s Training and Consulting Team, Amber's previous experience includes gap analysis and identifying user behavior/inefficiencies using hard data as well as gathering feedback live from users.
